Can you believe it’s that time of year!?

The end of the year is upon us, folks! Need to collect last minute information from your providers to help close out SFY21?? As you know, sometimes there are differences between actual and contract values. Would you like to understand those a little better? Check out the OAA-SYS Close-out Module! This module provides a way for you to work with your providers on understanding any differences between contracted and actual revenue, expenses and units over the course of the year. You can also ask providers specific questions about the year (this might be a great way for you to get feedback from your providers about processes and technology, for example!). Contact one of us at ChocoSoft to get the low-down on this awesome module (built by DRCOG – thanks, DRCOG!)

Posting documents for your providers

Ever need to share a document with your voucher providers or contractors? It’s been a long time coming (thanks Boulder AAA for a great idea!) but OAA-SYS CRS and RFP now allow you to do this in just a couple clicks! Don’t chew up anymore email space with large documents – simply upload them on the admin side for all your providers to see the next time they log in!

New Resource Directory for Region 10 AAA

Resource Directory

Chocolate Software has been working with Region 10 AAA (Montrose, CO) to build and deploy a new customized Resource Directory. The new Resource Directory is all about simplicity and helping seniors and caregivers find what they need when they need it! There are also reports and dashboards that the AAA can use to see what resources are most popular, by whom and when

Chocolate Software works with DRCOG on Procurement module

Having used OAA-SYS® for nearly a decade, the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) knows a thing or two about leveraging the OAA-SYS® Contracts and Reimbursements System (CRS) to streamline their work flow.

Not surprising then when the AAA received federal funding through DRCOG’s Metropolitan Planning Organization Process to support Transportation and Assisted Transportation related services across the Denver metro area, DRCOG reached out to the Chocolate Software team to explore expanding the OAA-SYS® Contract & Reimbursement System to allow them to program these funds along side their regular OAA and state funded programs. The module captures the process and requirements for providers requesting capital equipment.
